This neighborhood is central to all parts of San Diego, with freeways very close by, yet no freeway noise, and a 8 minute drive to Downtown San Diego.

What I love about the home

Please Do Not Disturb Occupants! Very nicely remodeled home in the Ridgeview Acres neighborhood of City Heights. Just a short drive or walk to Nate's Garden Grill and City Farmers Nursery on Home Ave. The always fun South Park neighborhood is also a short drive from this comfortable home, which has been updated by the original owner. The kitchen has new granite counter tops and new upper and lower cabinets, large neutral color floor tiles and a breakfast dining area. The large combination living room/dining room has new, very tastefully selected maple laminate flooring and a wood burning fireplace opening to a large, private back yard with panoramic easterly views. This home features central air conditioning and heat, a separate laundry room, attached 2 car garage, two updated bathrooms with new, granite topped vanities, all new paint throughout, new faucets and light fixtures.
