The attic is finished and is currently utilized as a bedroom and there is an additional very large storage closet as well. The basement is a walkout partially finished. There is one bright bedroom with a large egress window, a play/rec room with an egress window, a laundry room, and a separate storage room off the back of the basement.
Yard is HUGE with a large section fenced in. There are tons of trees and wild life to make city living feel a little more county. Great neighborhood to live in and you can beat the view that this house has!
