Some time a new apartment comes on the market and you have to take a step back and say WOW!!!! Well this apartment did just that. This apartment is a renovated floor thru real three bedroom and two full bath apartment with private roof deck!!! Can you ask for anything more. With over 1200sqft this apartment has the size and character you have been searching for. For all of you wanna be gourmet chef this open kitchen will blow you away. With full size appliances, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances this kitchen has it all. As your preparing a meal for your guest you can keep the conversation flowing as they are relaxed in the large living room just off the kitchen. there is also a separate dining alcove for a good size dining table. There is a large master bedroom that can fit a king bed with additional furniture and two queen size bedroom. The bonus feature is your own private roof deck. After a hards day work, kick back and relax under the sun with a nice drink in hand. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit and Pets Welcomed.
