What I love about the home

Staten Island is one of the boroughs of New York City and is the only borough not accessible by the subway lines that dominate Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Staten Island does boast the famous Staten Island Ferry which links Staten Island to Manhattan Island for commuters. Staten Island also boasts one of the world's most famous bridges - the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge which connects Staten Island to Brooklyn. Staten Island is primarily a residential borough though there is retail and other industry in Staten Island to keep the local economy hopping. A strong education system and nearby recreation also makes Staten Island a terrific alternative to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens for families. Staten Island real estate has steadily increased in value. It is conveniently located between Brooklyn and New Jersey.
