My Notes

Edit
A major renovation was recently completed in this beautiful high floor studio in Tudor City's Woodstock Tower. There is a beautiful new kitchen with a granite island counter and dishwasher, a new full bath, customized built-in storage, noise reducing City Windows and a rear breather A/C with fitted replacement window when removed in winter. The use of space is maximized by a customized Zoom Room motorized bed, which allows for generous living space when not being used. Slides out of the bottom of wall for sleeping, allowing for more floor space and ease than a true Murphy Bed. There are lovely Northern views as well as partial Eastern views of the Queensboro bridge and East River. The building offers a 24-hour doorman, superb maintenance staff, live-in super, a common courtyard, gym, storage, and laundry room. Very low maintenance - all utilities included - and very pet friendly! Co-purchasers and pied-a-terre ok.  More Less
