Great space in 24 hour doorman building. Originally 3 apartments combined, approx 2,400 sq feet. Can be reconfigured again. 3 baths with room to add another, and a 5th bedroom can easily be added as well. Needs work. Lots of light facing east, north and south, on tree lined street and garden. Parking next door. Wonderful Sutten location.
