What I love about the home

THE RESERVE -- It isn?t a park, but a community of lovely homes with beautifully manicured lawns! The neighborhood is home to professional individuals who have pride in ownership and concern for each other. THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE!!! There is a no-maintenance, private patio off the living room, that is shaded by a large tree. There is an attached one-car garage in the back ? making it easy to load and unload your car. In the summer when the trees are in full bloom, it is like living in a forest; in the fall, the trees and flowers look like a botanical garden; in the winter, the homes above sparkle with lights and it feels like living in a city. The HOA fee is one of the smaller fees in the area, and maintains these beautiful grounds. The HOA Board members are frugal and smart, and very responsible. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT THE RESERVE ? IT IS A FRIENDLY COMMUNITY AND DOG FRIENDLY, TOO! In the evenings, neighbors stroll on the sidewalks with and without dogs. But, if you have a dog ? you must clean up after her/him as the neighborhood pride is alive and well! WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME AND COMMUNITY!! THE RESERVE IS THE BEST CHOICE!!!
