By the way, we like dogs and cats, but no pets please (sorry).Little bit about the house:- 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms- Kitchen with substantial cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops- Parking pad for 1 car- Top floor deck with awesome views of city (July 4th fireworks, new year's fireworks, etc.)- Main level is hardwood floors, upstairs and downstairs carpets- Tons of windows and natural light- Built in washer/dryerThis brick rowhouse is on a nice street with tons of professionals and young families, and is in one of the best locations in the city, couple of blocks away from the following:- Boardwalk/harbor/water- Kids playground (Dipsky Park, Patterson Park)- Canton Square, tons of bars/restaurants- Public library (Enoch Pratt Canton location)- Shops and retailers (Target, Panera Bread, 7-11, Qdoba, etc.)- First Mariner Building (doctor's offices, pediatrician's, CareFirst, etc.)- Humongous 24/7 Merritt Athletic gym- Various employers (Bravo Health/Cigna, CareFirst, tech incubators, etc.)Very close to:- Route 95- Route 83- Patterson Park- Fells Point- Eastern Market- Downtown BaltimoreElliott Street at Bouldin Street  More Less
