This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home located on a corner lot by 34th St between MLK and Hillsborough Ave. The house is clean, but will need some rehab work to get it ready for occupants. The home has a newer roof and windows throughout as well as an updated bathroom & kitchen. The electric panel is also updated.
As far as repairs needed, the home will need a new A/C as well as flooring throughout. Other than that the rehab work needed is cosmetics. The work needed includes: two exterior doors and one interior door, three ceiling fans, miscellaneous drywall work and interior paint, kitchen appliances, two new windows (glass is broke), as well as some other minor work such as some caulk, a shower bar & window blinds. A conservative renovation estimate is $11,000.
