This property is across the street from arguably the best section of the beach in the entire South Bay. Why? There are no public parking lots nearby. And, most traffic is routed up to Manhattan Ave at an area about 5-blocks south. Low traffic. Never crowded on the sand, even on July 4th!. Significantly, the Strand beach-front homes are limited to a building height of 25' vs. the 30' height allowed on most of the Strand. This enhances views. Additionally, our side of the street is higher...ask me about the potential to build a 4-story home here just like our neighbor on the north side did. This special area...only a few blocks long has lower traffic, is quieter and is also a flat walk to downtown Hermosa Beach or downtown Manhattan Beach. And....we have a rare potential to build a home 4-levels high offering unmatchable views over the best beach around! Just ask the locals....they know how amazing this area is. Build a home here to live in forever with....forever views. Currently there are 3-rented units on the lot generating $8000/mo income (low by perhaps $1000). What I love about the home
