Setting the home apart from any other property of this kind on the market in Louisville is the remarkable view in back a bank of windows spanning the entire rear of the home looks out on a protected woods (owned by the condo association) and babbling creek. The lower level family/game room opens to large, very private patio (with privacy screens and ceiling fan) with the same gorgeous setting. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining.
