Property has recently undergone landscaping renovations including extensive tree work. All new gutters with gutter guards have been installed around buildings perimeter. Gutter system feeds directly into new perimeter drains that redirect water away from the foundation. Perimeter drains are covered with crushed concert, and shells. Pipes also have filters to prevent the infiltration of sediment that can cause clogs.
