Chicken coop, dogrun, small fenced pasture, 25'x45' picket fenced garden w/water, year-round creek with a firwpit and log benches. Front porch has white vinyl railing for low-mainentance! 4x7 bar w/granite countertop on back deck! Great place for entertaining!!!!

What I love about the home

Quiet, dead-end street that's in walking distance to the famous "Pacific Northwest Live Steamers" trainpark, also walking distance to Feyrer State park on the Molalla River. Property is very open and ready for outside entertaining! Has a wood play structure for the kids! Has a firepit with log benches, rockbbq w/chimney, and enjoy the horseshoe pit and volleyball/badminton down by the creek! Fruit trees, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry, blackberry, and grapes on property.
