My Notes

The condo unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building, along with one other unit of identical size. There are no elevators, the building, along with two others, was an old school converted into condo's.
The hallway on the third floor is hardwood, with a door that separates the two units. The main door leads into one, large room which consists of the living/dining room, and kitchen. There are cathedral ceilings with exposed support beams, and a large brick fireplace that runs through the entire building. The fireplace is not in use. There is a full size bar attached to the fireplace, with a large mirror behind the bar. There is a built in working blender in the bar, along with a small refrigerator and a working sink. Around the corner of the bar is the kitchen, with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven with glass stove top, sink with garbage disposal, and a trash compactor.
Off of the large room, which makes up half the size of the condo, is a half bath and additional room which can be used as an office or small bedroom. It has a small, walk in closet with a built in wire wall shelving.
The living room has one cable hookup. There are two skylights and two regular windows in the living room. There is one half moon shaped window above the dining area, and one skylight in the office. The skylights and half moon window are too high to reach. The half moon window is more decorative and does not open, and half of the window is in the neighboring unit. The two skylights have a large rod used to open and shut the windows. The two normal windows sit in a recessed wall and can be opened. The office window is low enough to open without the use of the rod.
Next to the bar is a wooden, spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom. The bedroom is located over the hallway of the third floor. There is a closet and full bath located in the bed room. There are three skylights, only one a just a bit too high to reach without a small step ladder. There is cable hookup in the master bedroom. On the opposite side of the bedroom where the door is from the spiral staircase is another door, which continues over the third floor hallway and leads down a straight wooden staircase.
There are three rooms, one of which has a full size, working hot tub. There is a full bath with a stand in, steam shower. Down the hall from the hot tub room is a closet with shelves, and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, along with the hot water heater and the circuit board for the unit. There are two skylights within reaching distance over the hot tub, and one skylight within reaching distance in the bathroom. If the hot tub was to be removed there would be enough room to make that an additional bedroom.
The third floor hallway has a wall and door that separates the two units, and each unit has three doors. Directly behind the main door is a small, walk in closet with wire shelves and racks, as well as a crawl space to access the main fan for the heat/AC unit. Along the same wall around a corner is another door which leads into the laundry room.
The entire condo has hardwood flooring, the 2 1/2 baths along with the hot tub room have tile flooring. The third floor hallway has hardwood, the rest of the levels have carpet. The condo is also stubbed for gas heat.
There is a basement that has a few condo units, as well as public washer and dryer units and storage for all units except for the two on the third floor. The two on the third floor have their own storage and closets.
The heat/AC units for each condo unit are located on the roof of the building, which has an access ladder attached to the outside of the building. There is a parking lot located in between two of the condo complex buildings which is dedicated to the 321 building. Each unit is given one parking spot, no assigned parking. There is additional parking along and back and side of the other building, which is used for everyone, owners and guests.
