My Notes

Edit
Updated 1885 Victorian gem for rent. Located right in the Highlands on the corner 32nd and Irving Street, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath is located right in the Highlands. A bright and sunny heated porch off the master bedroom on the west side, and a great view of the city on the 2nd bedroom on the east side. Cute back yard for gardening, dining, or a little outdoor living in the city! Front porch is covered and makes for lovely summer evening-neighborly sitting. The kitchen is bright and sunny and also has a sun porch connected to it. The kitchen has a sitting area for eating, checking recipes on the Internet, or sharing a bottle of wine while deciding where to go eat for dinner. Basement has about 250 square feet of work space with a work bench, and an additional 300 square feet of storage. Wonderfully located in the Highlands neighborhood, you can walk to Highlands, LoHi and Mile High Stadium! $1,800.00 per month base rent plus utilities. Please call Lisanne 303-955-1947.

What I love about the home

Walk to shops, restaurants, boutiques. Close to beautiful parks and library. Easy access to I-25, I-70, 6th Ave. Dog friendly neighborhood. Lots of great energy and activity in West Highlands.

Neighborhood: West Highland

Zillow predicts West Highland home values will increase 0.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% rise for Denver as a whole. Among West Highland homes, this home is valued 11.4% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 29.4% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In West Highland, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 23.8% less than in Denver, and 33.3% less than the national average. This lower local number could help West Highland home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
