Available Now: Great upper 1BR/1BA unit located in Normal Heights (1 block south of Adams). Small quiet complex with assigned parking. Unit has spacious living room, separate dining area, & lots of storage. EZ 805 freeway access & is minutes to shops/restaurants. No laundry on site-sorry!, but laundromat close by. 6 month lease minimum. $25 application fee per adult. Sorry no pets, no co-signors.
