This is a stunning home with a practical and highly sought after floorplan. 2 bedrooms downstairs, separate formal living and dining room and solar which means no or low electricity bills. Very large master suite plus the additional large upstairs loft. There are views of the mountains and its located across from Birdsall Park where you can exercise, play sports or just know that there is open space near by. Jogging trail nearby. Add to it that you have walking distance to Great Oak High School; the top 100 high school in the nation!! South Temecula has so much to offer besides being the 2nd safest city in America by FBI stats and the beautiful park with stadium seating baseball and soccer fields; you also have Pechanga close by and will have front row seats to their spectacular 4th of July show! The yard is large enough for a small pool or grass and keep the present playset, or maybe just planting a garden, if thats what you like. Its turnkey and ready for you! (Tenant just moved out so it was just put back in active 3/27). This home is stunning and in excellent condition. It also has a tankless water heater, sprinkler throughout and solar system to save on utilities.
