This floor plan has two separate suites, each with its own bath. The condition is move-in ready, just unpack and enjoy.
The great advantage to living here is not only that this is a well-managed condo complex but it is also the wonderful location. You are just steps from Lake Merritt, Lakeshore and Grand Av. shopping, the Grand Lake Theater, so many things nearby. The Saturday morning's Farmer's Market is a huge hit, as well as Trader Joe's, all walking distance from here.
Lake Merritt BART is also a short walk as well as the downtown office district. There is also a Casual Commute by the Grand Lake Theater, if you work in downtown San Francisco, a great commute option.
You are also close to lots of great restaurant and entertainment options here. The whole Uptown entertainment district is just around the corner and you can enjoy an evening walk to the Lake Chalet and relax on the deck, just across the Lake from here.
