Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

You will absolutely love living here! Just down the road from Rock Creek Park and only a stone's throw from the Columbia Heights metro and amenities, this renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in historic Mount Pleasant will impress. The apartment is in a friendly and secure 39-unit building that is mainly owner occupied. With added extras such as a roof deck with views of the Washington Monument and National Cathedral, hardwood flooring throughout, new appliances, and spa bathtub, this approximately 1,000 sq.ft home makes for a delightful place to live. This corner unit has large windows throughout which allow in loads of natural light and a leafy street view. The front door opens to a wide entrance with hallway great for pictures or additional storage. The granite topped kitchen (which has sink disposal and a dish washer) is open concept with a breakfast bar which opens out to a large living/dining area. The master bedroom boasts a walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is sizable and has ample closet space and the second bathroom is bright and has a spa bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a hall closet for storage and additional storage space in the secure cellar. This is a great find for a professional person or couple looking to be close to work, play, and everything that DC has to offer. The apartment will be available from early-April (negotiable). The lease is for min. one year and a one month security deposit and references are required. Utilities are not included. This is a non-smoking unit.  More Less

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Mount Pleasant, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 97.7% less than in Washington, and 98.1% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Mount Pleasant home values rise more quickly than other regions in Washington.
