This is a great house for the price, especially in this neighborhood, with this much square footage and city utilities in and paid. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a huge fireplace, oversized dining room, huge screened porch with a huge deck attached make this a comfortable home for a seasonal owner or first time home buyers.
