This is a regular sale and the home is in move-in condition too! Even better...its under $200K! Very clean 3/2 on 5 private & secluded 5 acres. Garage has been converted into an extra room and a second laundry room as well. Great fenced garden area at far end of house and fenced backyard (currently occupied by dogs). The kitchen opens to a large livingroom and has a breakfast bar and large eating area. There are ceiling fans throughout and nice breezes through the property. There is a shared well agreement with neighbor with a 17gpm well and large storage tank. Seller states its been a great arrangement.
