Moderate income housing program with the city of Long Beach. Newer building built in 2007. Must be owner occupied and buyers must qualify with the city. Located less than 2 miles from the beach and from CSULB. This is a small complex, gated, quiet and pet-friendly with lots of palm trees. Unit is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it has washer/dryer hook ups inside. It is open floor plan with loft style flooring. Unit also has one car garage and one garage space.
