The building is currently under construction (to be completed 1/2015) and is receiving a completely new exterior and new roof that will ensure this unit to be major assessment free for many years, a nice piece of mind for first time buyers. As part of the project, the expansive roof deck, was completely redone and still affords amazing entertaining opportunities, including three gas grills and numerous seating groups. Additional amenities include a gym, a common kitchen with an adjacent terrace level for additional entertaining opportunities, a viewing room that can be reserved for private parties, and a full time, on-site maintenance manager during the week. The building offers wifi in the common areas and is wired for cable and T3 internet in every unit with plenty of bandwidth for streaming.
This 699 Sq Ft 1BR 1BTH feels so much larger due to the corner unit and the angled layout of the entry and affords plenty of storage and space for two people to live together in the space. The unit contains a full sized washer and dryer (replaced 2010), a full sized hot water heater (replaced 2010), and stainless steel appliances, which compliments the u-shaped kitchens granite counters and kohler stainless steel extra-deep sink. The laundry closet, walk in closet, and entry closet feature the elfa closet organization system from the Container Store and easily be added to or modified. The bedroom is larger than average for a unit of this size with ample space for a desk with a view. The living room boasts a gas fireplace that can heat the house in a matter of minutes during those cold winter nights. The unit also contains one assigned parking space in the garage and has the option to purchase a parking permit for the zone 13 street parking for $65 every 2 years.
The location could not be more convenient to buses to take you Downtown, to Ballard, or South Lake Union and of course to all of the wonderful restaurants in lower Queen Anne and Uptown. It is less than a mile away from the sculpture park and the Seattle Center.
