This impeccable two bedroom condominium sits on the top floor of Downtown Palo Altos Woodmark Development overlooking Heritage Park and the treetops of Palo Alto. The Woodmark is an ideal "walk to everything" sanctuary, just through the park and ashort stroll over to University Avenue and all it has to offer. Addison School is one block in the other direction too. There is a great kitchen with tasteful granite surfaces, classy cabintery, top of the line, stainless appliances and a generous breakfast bar. Beyond an ample dining area is the inviting living room with its high ceilings, large windows and french doors opening to a wide deck overlooking the Park and views and warmed by the morning sun. There is a fireplace in the living room too and striking hardwood floors add warmth and richness to the space. Adjacent is the second bedroom/den/guest room/office with its walk-in closet and a wall of windows to the view. There is also an elegant downstairs guest bathroom. Wide stairs lead up to a landing with a laundry closet to one side and the upstairs master suite beyond. This intimate environment also enjoys the windows to the views and incorporates a generous walk-in closet plus a great master with a distinctly luxurious feel to it.
