What I love about the home
A staircase across the street from our home takes you right to the Harbor Avenue/Alki bike & recreational path, awesome for running, biking, & going to the beach. Although the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful we are less than one minute from the West Seattle bridge, which makes going downtown a snap! All the amenities of the Admiral Junction and the Alaska Junction is West Seattle are just a few minutes away. Inside, we love the high ceilings, period details like wainscotting & clawfoot tub in the bath, and the open floorplan, which allows us to configure the house any way we like. Dedicated office in the basement with its own entrance allows you to go downstairs to work, and really focus and be "out of the house."
