Magnificent rotunda entry leads you into the largest single level home rarely available in R.S.P. a hidden area in East Escondido. Many custom details throughout this gorgeous home, owners bought their high-end Catavina Estates home before it was built. They added many custom details. What I love about the home

First of all, driving to the serene community is a unique experience in San Diego. There is dedicated preserved land on the way in this Beautiful San Pasqual Valley. The San Diego Safari Wild Animal Park is only 5 minutes away. The Orfila winery is only 5 minutes away also. Stables, farm land, vegetable stands , valley views, trees, open areas are enjoyed every time you drive the ten minutes from the freeways and down town Escondido mall, grocery stores and many restaurants into our beautiful gates to these 580 homes tucked in this peaceful valley. Escondido means Hidden valley and that is exactly what Rancho San Pasqual is also.
