Situated on a secluded cove (Veneitian Yacht Basin) in Old Clearwater Bay directly on water, it has its own boat slips (1 for each owner) as well as a waterfront pool. There are two large balconies overlooking the water for entertaining, plus there are fabulous views from the roof topterrace (a covered area as well as uncovered) that overlooks the yacht basin, the intracoastal and sunsets.
