BACK ON THE MARKET. Gorgeous upgraded pool home with Views inside the gates of Rancho Madera - perhaps the most stable community in Temecula! There are only 69 homes in this private, gated community and there are no foreclosures here! This beautiful home is just inside the gates, on a cul de sac and has all the upgrades you would expect along with a pool and balcony off the master!! With a newly remodeled kitchen that includes slab granite, glass tile backsplash and white cabinets, this entertainers home does not stop there! The bonus room/office is presently used as a 4th bedroom and is as big as most master bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full retreat that would have been a 5th bedroom in most models. The family room has wood floors, built in and beautiful brick fireplace with access out to the pool and spa. The upstairs has bamboo wood floors throughout along with plantation shutters in most rooms ! The only carpet is on the stairs in this home. Great Oak High school is just close by, along with Birdsall Park, shopping, Pechanga, Redhawk golf course and wonderful restaurants. 

What I love about the home

It's one of the most desirable communities in Temecula. Only 69 homes and every home is wonderfully maintained. There are no distressed homes and only 2 homes are leased out. The rest of the homes are owner occupied. You won't see a bunch of cars or broken down cars/boats etc here.
