Incredibly spacious 5 bedroom 2 full bathroom single family home with off street parking! 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor that offer brand new carpeting 1 full bathroom located on the 1st floor with shower stall with seating, large vanity and ample storage space for linens. Living room and dining room offer dark hardwood floors and open up to the large eat in kitchen. Kitchen offers gas stove, fridge, and dishwasher for tenant! Tons of cabinet and counter space, as well as an eat in area for a small table/chairs. Basement is completely unfinished but does offer washer/dryer hook ups. There is also a set up laundry hook ups on the 1st floor as well for stackable washer/dryer set. 2nd floor offers large master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms. 2nd full bathroom located on 2nd floor that offers a jetted soaker tub and shower, large bathroom that offers lots of storage space. 2nd floor also offers a sitting area/ second living room that can be utilized as an office, living room, etc!
