BACK ON THE MARKET!!!!!! Call Pat at 303-829-1541 during open houses to be let in the access gate. Rare downtown townhouse in the Fire Clay Lofts development. Home was completely remodeled in 2010 to include all new stainless steel appliances, new fossilized wide-plank bamboo floors, operable skylight, concrete countertops, new dual flush toilets (2), new lighting fixtures throughout, two extremely large wardrobes, covered parking in the garage with a 4x8x8 storage area, new tiled entry and new tile floor and shower surround in master bath. The exterior area has been improved with concrete planters and a pond with water plants.

Neighborhood Description
Rino is a neighborhood on the move, get in while it is still early and affordable. Multiple coffee shops, gallerys, and great restuarants are moving into this part of town.
 
What I love about the home
This home is ideally located with optimal access to downtown and easy access to either I-25 or I-70. The home will be a very short 5 blocks from the lightrail stop at 38th and Blake. The combination of a townhouse arrangement, with covered garage parking and private outdoor space is very rare in downtown, particularly at this price point.
