My Notes

Edit
Owner/Agent will cooperate with buyer's agent, 2.8%. Central Air, Amazing Modern Victorian w/central air. 1/2 blk to Highland Sq. Orig charm w/modern amenities. Hdwd flrs, custom fireplace wall cabinets, newer kitch w/ss high end appl. exposed brick, 2 person jetted tub, prof landscape, ORIG 1 1/2 story, not converted attic. This fabulous home has had offers that did not work with sellers timeline, but that has been resolved. For some, having 2 beds up and huge bath, and 1 bed down with another full bath isn't the floor plan they are looking for, but if you would like this floor plan, then it is perfect! Basement is for hvac, water heater and storage only. Not a basement that can be finished for living space.

Foreclosures (per 10K)

1.8 West Highland
1.1 Denver
3.6 United States
Zillow predicts West Highland home values will increase 0.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% rise for Denver as a whole. Among West Highland homes, this home is valued 75.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 12.9% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In West Highland, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 23.8% less than in Denver, and 33.3% less than the national average. This lower local number could help West Highland home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
