My Notes

This two bedroom one bath home is ideally suited for small family or couple looking for peace and privacy in Bonsall. Located only minutes from the 15 and 76 highways, minutes from the award winning Bonsall middle and elementary school, this home provides a great opportunity for long term rental.
The unit is located above the detached 4 car garage with two parking spaces in the garage available for the renter. It is located adjacent to the main house, but remains private and separate. Laminate flooring throughout with beautiful tile work in the bathroom. Kitchen includes a breakfast bar.
The house is approximately 1100 sq ft including full kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 good sized bedrooms, and washer and dryer. Kitchen has gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker. Unit has its own HVAC system, vaulted wood beam ceilings in every room, and many windows.
There are views from every room that are incredible as the property is located on top of the hill at the end of a private road. The driveway is gated and the property is fenced around the house. There is an additional 4 acres that is fenced and is used for our goats, but could be used for your animals, as well.
The remaining 10 acres is not fenced, but is available for other purposes, and includes a neglected lime grove. Most of the land is rugged and covered with original chaparral growth, boulders, and wildlife, but does offer the most impressive views in all of Bonsall.
Utilities include water, trash, electricity, propane and internet. Satellite can be ordered and installed by you, but is not part of the package. Utilities are based on typical usage and will be evaluated and adjusted based on observed consumption each quarter.
Minimum 1 year lease, background check will be required, income verification required. Dogs will be considered, but must be interviewed before acceptance.
Drive times: Oceanside -- 30 min, Temecula -- 15 min, Escondido -- 10 min, Fallbrook -- 5 min, San Diego -- 45 min, La Jolla -- 40 min. Grocery stores, gas stations, and schools all are within 10 minutes.
