Completely Renovated 1930 Bungalow in Historic Front Royal convenient to I-66 and I-81!
This beautiful 2 level home was completely renovated from the crawl space to the roof. This conveniently located home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The move-in ready home was fully gutted down to its bare shell and has all new floor joists, sub-floors, walls, plumbing, electrical wiring, electrical panel , windows, stairs, kitchen and much more. No details left out!
The front porch and walkway was given a new makeover in new slate stone. New premium siding and stone masonry bib was added to the exterior. All new floor joists and sub-floors were added before beautiful bamboo floors were laid. All exterior walls were sprayed with energy saving and sound-proofing foam insulation as well as the crawl space outer band. Further cost savings will come from the new hot water heater and HVAC system.
New oak stars with rod iron posts, drywall, custom trim, paint, bamboo hardwood, and carpet with upgraded padding will further show the detail of the updated transformation of this home. All new doors, hardware and custom blinds will keep the cool air in during the summer months and warm air in during the winter. No stone was left unturned for complete energy savings for the new owners!
