If you're looking for a good home in a great adult living mobile home park (55 and older), you've come to the right place. This 2 bedroom, one bath home may be perfect for you.

What I love about the home

Very low assessment fee for this Park (Cliffwood Estates) at $105 per month. No buy-in fee to own your share of the Park when you buy this home. The value of the share is currently about $75,000. What that means is when you buy this home, you are buying 1/60 of the entire Park, which is valued at about $75,000. In other words, when you buy this home you're also buying part of a mobile home park, and it's included in the price of the home! Almost completely remodeled/updated home. Great location: close to the city of Capitola and New Brighton State Beach!
