Hardwood floors, tiled bathroom and kitchen. Beautiful and spacious studio apartment. Intercom entry, manager on site, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, close to transportation.

Security deposit (based on approved credit) between 200$ and twice the rent depending on the individual credit rating and job stability/salary. International customers and students welcome. Applicants with I20 and J1 visa welcome with one month security deposit. Moving cost can be payed by credit card. Notarized lease at long distance available for out of state customers. No pet rent and pet deposit 300$. No pets over 35 pounds allowed. No fighting dogs. We don't allow more than 2 dogs, and the amount of pounds is cumulative when tenant owns 2 dogs. Please call for details. We can hold an apartment for as long as 2 weeks free of charge - holding deposit 200$, which is going towards your rent when you move in.
