What I love about the home

Modern comfortable and luxury living define Unit 5-H at 3303 Water street- widely considered one of the District's most prestigious place to live. Every room of the Potomac River-facing property is generously proportioned and finished to the highest level. Features include soaring ceilings, steel casement windows overlooking to the Potomac River and beautiful Park, recessed lighting and premium fixtures throughout. Two garage parking spaces and two additional storages convey. The full service building offers almost every conceivable amenity; most notably, its cantilevered rooftop pool affords unparalleled views of Northwest Washington and the Rosslyn skyline.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Georgetown home values will decrease 1.1% next year, compared to a 1.6% rise for Washington as a whole. Among Georgetown homes, this home is 166.3% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 75.5% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Georgetown, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 96.5% less than in Washington, and 97.1% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Georgetown home values rise more quickly than other regions in Washington.
