Little Italy is in the midst of renovation and will shortly elevate the rising desirability of Downtown San Jose.

- Location is great! - The view of downtown and the park are gorgeous! Big sky and no big buildings to block the sun. - We walk everywhere (Walkscore should be 95-100) - Safe street. Only a few cars drive though our neighborhood. - All neighbors know each other. - The breeze through the park is marvelous. - The neighborhood is growing in prominence. - Great coffee shop around the corner (Bel Bacio) - Great BBQ at Henry?s Hi-life - Great gourmet Italian food at Paesano?s - The home is top notch, just look at the pictures. Master Bathroom is incredible (paid for by HGTV). - 10ft ceilings
