My Notes

Edit
This apartment complex is located in the museum district of downtown Richmond. You can walk to the Science Museum of Virginia, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. It is conveniently located just off of interstate 195. Interstate 95 is also just minutes away. Only blocks away from Carytown, you can walk or bike to restaurants and bars. Check out the nearby Byrd Theater, which offers today's latest movies in a beautiful historic atmosphere. The Diamond where the Richmond Flying Squirrels play, is also only 8 blocks away. The area is well lit and very safe. Come take a stroll in one of Richmond's historic area. Each apartment unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a total of 863 square feet of living space and is equipped with central heating and cooling. This is definitely one of the larger apartment units that you will find in the Richmond area. The top units will have a balcony, while the lower units will have a porch. The apartment is only 2 miles from VCU, and is a block from Broad St and on the bus line. Tenants here can use the GRTC bus to go to school (absolutely free for VCU students) and not have to fight with traffic or parking in the morning. Units feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in unit.1 Year  More Less
