Vintage duplex in an old Craftsman home. Close to the Lloyd Center, Laurelhurst Park, Grant Park, Hollywood District, downtown, etc. Also a hop and skip from Belmont and Hawthorne. The area for rent consists of the main floor, as well as the basement. Ideal layout for a work out-of-the-home professional.The main floor has a a living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, the master bedroom, a full bathroom as well as a teeny bedroom (best used as an office).Downstairs has a large family room, another bedroom, a full bathroom, as well as the laundry area with loads of storage and a washder/dryer + utility sink. The livable areas are about 1800 square feet total. Hardwoods on main floor (except carpeting in teeny bedroom), and carpeting in the basement. We are the only duplex on the entire block, this is a quiet neighborhood. Residents must be sound conscious and live harmoniously with tenants upstairs (late 20's, young professional couple). Shared backyard with tenants upstairs. There's a really large gardening area that isn't being used, so green thumbs are encouraged to apply. Large backyard also has a neat 100+ year old outdoor fireplace. Owner to pay water/sewer, basic garbage/recycling, and maintain landscaping. Tenant to pay gas and electric.Tenant must be dog friendly as the tenants upstairs have a dog. Their dog isn't too fond of other dogs/cats, so unfortunately we're not accepting any pets. No smoking on the property grounds.Property is located near the intersection of NE 33rd and NE Holladay. Please pardon the mess in the pics, as we're doing a Spring cleaning and prepping the house for rent. Property will be rent-ready August 15th. $40 application fee for each adult. All adults must have at least 2 years of current, third party rental history. Maximum of 2 adults (total # of occupants not limited). Security deposit = 1 month's rent.
