Market guide

Zillow predicts West Highland home values will increase 0.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% increase for Denver as a whole. Among West Highland homes, this home is valued 2.5% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 29.4% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In West Highland, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 23.8% lower than in Denver, and 33.3% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help West Highland home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
