Has Sec8 Tenant that was relative pays only $469 which is well below market rent with NO Lease and you can re-rent with 30 day notice. RepairsAlthough property passed rigorous Section 8 Inspection every year for last 10 years condition is hard to fully determine due to current tenant hording. To remove tenant belongings is estimated at $2~3,000 for 3 or 4 dumpsters & labor. Depending on the level of Rent Ready-ness, I could see paint, floor covering with complete small kitchen & bath over hall.
