Neighborhood Description
Farrelly Pond is a historical area of San Leandro created in 1894 by Robert Farrelly who was a orchard farmer. His home was a showcase property and located on E. 14th (was Hayward Blvd) across from the Food Max shopping center.

What I love about the home

Great neighborhood that doesn't have direct access to Oakland and is tucked away in north San Leandro. Easy access to freeways, Bart, airport and the new Kaiser opening in 2014.
