Two story house with three rooms upstairs. Newer roof, copper plumbing, and paint. There are three bedrooms, but one is not a legal bedroom because of the slanted ceiling. There is a large claw foot bath tub. One off street parking space. Nice fireplace, new water heater, new wall heater. The house was built in East Oakland in 1908 and moved to the back of the lot at its present location in the early fifties, then moved to the front of the lot a few years later. This indicates the wonderful interior and charm of this house. The long private backyard is like living in the country. There is a 10x12 workshop in the back yard and a 10 x 10 greenhouse frame ready for plastic sheeting There are Lemon, lime, mandarin, and orange trees in the front yard, and many fruit trees in the back yard.. What I love about the home

Ten foot cove ceilings, staircase, clawfoot tub, huge backyard with workshop and greenhouse lots of fruit trees, like living in the country. Giant redwood tree next door, lots of squirrels. Close to everything. Great for craftspeople or DIY types room for kids and pets.
