My Notes

Edit
This is a beautiful recent total rehab in the Johns Hopkins Bayview hospital area. You won't find a house in this area for sale, much less for rent, of this caliber. Looking for tenants that will respect our home and expect the same from their landlords. It is a 2 BR, 2 bath open floor plan that is great for entertaining. If you love to cook then you will LOVE this house. Complete gourmet kitchen with huge granite island and countertops. Central A/C and heat, no baseboard or radiator heat. Private parking pad large enough for two regular sized cars or a large SUV and plenty of on street parking available. Great street in a friendly neighborhood. Large park (Joseph Lee Park) at the end of the block that's perfect for the kids or a relaxing walk. Easy walk to the hospital, grocery store, transportation and even Home Depot. Easy on and off 295 and 95. Take a look at the pictures and feel free to ask any questions you may have. It is unfurnished but some of the furniture is available for sale for CHEAP if needed. The house is available for immediate occupancy! Taking applications now from qualified applicants. First/Last and security deposit of one months rent. Thanks for looking.Owner pays for Gas, Electric and Water.  More Less
