My Notes

Edit
Amazing price on a remodeled apartment; great for someone with an eye for design and a budget. All of the two bedrooms have rented but there are some one bedrooms left.We have reduced the rent while we are remodeling the apartment community so come and get great savings. This discount ends soon, so reserve one of the remaining units now. This part of Raleigh, 6 miles from downtown, 3 miles from NC State and on the Cary border, is getting ready to take off. People are realizing this is the area to be when you work in Cary, RTP or Durham but want to be close to all that Raleigh has to offer. Then again, the same applies if you work in Raleigh but want to be close to Cary shopping, RDU airport and Durham. Ultimately with all the development in the Triangle; Raleigh and Cary are converging on this roughly 1 square mile area that is completely surrounded by exits for I-40, the 440 Beltline, Hwy 54 and Hwy 1/64. Beyond proximity to interstates, there are over 50 restaurants in less than 2 miles, numerous entertainment outlets, every major store, Lake Johnson and the Greenway.Recognizing the importance of this area, we have begun remodeling Hillsborough Pond with a unique updated look at a reasonable price. It is a small community with a relaxing pond and quiet atmosphere; right in the center of all the areas' benefits listed above. So lock in your low rate now and watch as we continue to improve the property as this area continues to develop.  More Less
