Over 500 SF family room with wall of windows overlooking conservation land. Ready to finish walk up second floor and make this Ranch a Cape. Gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Wonderful home in picturesque quiet neighborhood setting with stone walls on an acre plus. Many updates include roof, 4 bedroom septic system, furnace about 15 years old, breakers and oil tank about 10 yrs ago. Two fireplaces and some Anderson windows. Fenced-in yard. Some rooms recently painted and all carpeting in lower level removed. Town water on the street. Enjoy beautiful views & summer evenings from 3 season/screened porch. Incredible setting.
