Well Maintained, super clean home located in desirable Neshaminy School District that is definitely worth a look!! Situated on a quiet street across from the greenbelt,this home boasts pride of ownership. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each level of the home. The one bedroom on the first floor is currently a den & the other has ceramic tile flooring, track lighting and a sliding glass door leading to a beautiful sunroom. A propane stove in the sunroom makes it a great place to relax and entertain year round. The sunroom was added in 1998 and has a lifetime warranty against any defects in the structure. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled. The kitchen features a double sink, newer appliances, dishwasher, trash compactor, garbage disposal and plenty of cabinets. There is a 16 x 12 workshop in the back of the home which can be accessed through the garage or through an exterior door leading to the yard. This is ideal for anyone having a hobby or home business. The workshop has air conditioning and can be heated using a portable electric heater. The oil tank is above ground and is used to heat the upstairs(baseboard). The installation of a Monitor 2400 Heating System keeps the first floor warm on cold winter days. The first floor has a ductless split A/C unit mounted on the living room wall and the master bedroom on the second floor has a wall air conditioner. The owner will be present for all showings.
