This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. Nearby schools include Westside Leadership Magnet School, Magnolia Science Academy 4 and Westminster Avenue Elementary School. The closest grocery stores are M & S Yogurt, Windward Farms and Alan's Market. Nearby coffee shops include Bellissimo Venice, Schulzie's Bread Pudding & Coffee and Schulzie's Bread Pudding & Coffee. Nearby restaurants include James' Beach, Plancha and Canal Club. There are excellent bike lanes and the terrain is flat as a pancake.
