Home is in a residential area near the southern edge of the city, not far from Mission Street. Floors are primarily hardwood, lights range from standard ceiling fixtures to inset.Top floor has a large living room with decorative fireplace and built-in shelving. Front bedroom is to one side of the living room. Living room connects to large formal dining room. Rear bedroom and bath are accessed from one side of the dining room, kitchen from the back. Kitchen is L-shaped along the inner walls and includes gas stove. It in turn provides access to a pantry and laundry room with hookups. Upstairs bath has shower-over-tub; downstairs baths are similar but with shower stall only.Downstairs living room is large and has wet bar with sink and lots of cabinets along one wall. It provides access to one of the two baths, the front bedroom, and a long, double room (separated by doors) which could serve as two bedrooms or something else. Rear bedroom has private bath and doors which open onto the yard. Yard is concrete-paved and could be used to park a car. Street parking on a small side street is also available.
