5,000 sq ft lot. Beautiful views of Mt Hood (peek a boo), Council Crest and Vermont Hills. One car at-tached garage with automatic opener, lots of built in storage for tools too. Outdoor living abounds, 600 square feet of deck (Trex) off the family room. Very large covered front porch (175 sq ft) includes a porch swing for full enjoyment of beautiful views, summer twilight, lightning storms, and 4th of July fire-works!!
10 minute walk to Gabriel Park, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, and bus lines to downtown or OHSU/Veterans Hospital. Access to 6 bus lines (1, 44, 45, 56, 54 and 64). Hillsdale and Multnomah Village have many restaurants, a library, groceries, bookstore, Multnomah Art Center, frozen yogurt shops, and boutique shopping. Sunday Farmers Market in Hillsdale is year round, and includes all of your favorite Portland Farmers Market vendors.
